How to take great Live Photos on your iPhone or iPod touch – Apple Support

Try these tips
for taking Live Photos that work well with
the three Live Photo effects. For a good Loop, look for movement
in one part of the photo. Keep your iPhone still
when you’re taking the picture. Here’s an example of a Loop. ♪ Music playing ♪ For a good Bounce,
look for dramatic action, like this crashing wave. Leave a little space
around the edges. All the Live Photo effects
crop the photo a bit. Here’s what a Bounce looks like. ♪ For a good Long Exposure, this effect is great for waves,
waterfalls, and fountains. Keep your iPhone still, although the software
can correct for some movement. Here’s a Long Exposure
of some ocean waves. ♪ Creative inspiration. ♪
