iPod RF – Mando Avanzado

iPod RF – Mando Avanzado

iPod RF
Advanced Remote Control In this video I’ll show you how the iPod RF’s
advanced remote control works if you buy it separately, you can buy it
separately as an accessory it will come in color blue like this one and if you buy it with the special package
the special package comes with black accessories and it will come in transparent black like this one and this is the one we’ll use for the explanation just so you know I wanted to tell you that
in the bottom it has a compartment for a battery and the battery it uses is a battery called 23 A it this model is a 12 volts battery
that is used for garage remote controls or different types of remote controls you’ll find them easily and it is included when you buy the special package or if you
buy it separately it comes with a battery for you on one side it has a switch
it’s this one you can see here it’s for turning on and off the remote control and this is because well, if you leave, when you’re using it in a show
you leave it on during the whole show when you finish
you turn it off so the battery won’t run out too fast internally the advanced remote control has
10 buttons these ten buttons you see here and the first three buttons, the three top buttons
are used to go to different playlists that we want in the advanced remote control you can internally
read the function of each button in fact the switch says on and off and the three buttons say list 1 list 2 list 3 and well it says the function of every button it has you can read it on the bottom in the inside part you can see through the
transparent plastic the function they have as I was saying the first three buttons are used
to change the playlists we can configure any list we have
in our iPhone or iPod we can choose them but by default the lists
that will be configured it will be the list one, this button will directly activate
the list number one that we have in the iPod this button will activate the list number 2 and this
button will activate the list number 3 then we can, in another video I´ll explain you how
you can configurate the list you want it also has a button, this button right here
it’s the display button that all it does is show on the screen the playback
status I’ll turn it on so you can see it if we press display what it does is it tells us
it’s on the song number six and that it’s paused this is an accessory you can buy separately
or that will come with the special package but if you don’t have it you can still use
the advanced remote control the it has a return button which I’ll explain a bit later first I’ll explain you that we have 5 buttons
down here which are used to have access to our first 5
songs of our playlist then we have song 1 2 3 4 and 5 if we press any of these buttons we’ll go
directly to the song for example if we press number one we’ll go
directly to the song number 1 of the playlist we are in button 2 will go to the song 2, three to the third,
four to the fourth and five to the fifth we can use this to have in our playlist 5 sound effects or 5 songs we’re interested in to have just in case, right because our playlist will already have, in the
desired order the songs we need but if at any moment we assign to button 1 for example, some applauses to button 2 some laughs to button three a song that sometimes we might need
and sometimes we might not need this will allow us to reproduce this songs without
exiting from our playlist and we won’t lose our position on the list I’ll show you this in a moment we’ll begin for example by playing playlist number 1 and it starts playing let say, well it starts playing
number 6 I’ll pause it for a moment so I explain it always, when we press a playlist button what will happen is that it I’ll start with the song
number 6 of our playlist and this is because the first five will be the songs
we chose and set on those positions and our playlist for our show should begin
from the number 6 song so again we press playlist 1 and it starts on number 6 where our let’s say
normal playlist begins this would be our first song of our show,
to call it if we want, or it would be the first song that the playlist will play now we’ll use our iPod RF normally we could change songs normally, this is, we have song number 8 if you’ve done what’s explained in the Invisible Assistant user manual which you can
download from our web page between songs you’ll have a silent track why don’t we press now on song 9 it’s a silent
track nothing should sound just like now and for example we play song number 10 let’s imagine it’s playing a song or playing
something and now we want to play a sound effect for example in button number 1 I have some drum rolls
sound effect and when it’s over when the song that’s playing now is over
in the list when we have pressed this, when it’s over it’ll go back to the position that we previously were for example now we’re in position number 10 so when we press the button we’ll go to
song number 1 it will play song number 1 which in this case
lasts for around 10 seconds and when the song number 1 is over it’ll go back to
the position in which we previously were on the list in this case it was position number 10 as you see it’s over and what happens now is that it goes back to
the point of the list that we where at the beginning to where we were before pressing the button this is very useful, because as I was telling you before we can be during our show doing our show normally and we can have those 5 sound effects to launch
them at any moment also, if our song, let’s play song number 2 let’s imagine that our song number 2 lasts
4 minutes maybe we’re just interested in the first 10 seconds
of these 4 minutes or we want to stop it at any moment then we can press the return button and what it will do is go back, as before, to the song it was playing before what the return button does is it exits from the song, from these five songs from the song we’re at and then we go back
to the one where we previously were also if we are, again, in the song number 2 for example if we want to exit from the song without pressing
the return button we can do it by pressing the next song button we press next song what it will do is go back to the song what it won’t do is if we are in song 2 and
we press the next song button it won’t go to song number 3 for example what it will do is that it will go back to song
number 10, 11, 12 or whichever you are well basically, these are the functions
the advanced remote control has as I was telling you before, in another video I’ll explain
you how to configure the three playlists this is, how to choose which playlist assign to
each button and also remember that the advanced remote control will work only with the advanced functioning mode this is, now as you can see, on the iPod we’re in advanced mode ’cause we can’t
access the playlist on the simple mode our advanced remote control
won’t work it won’t give us any option you can see this too in another video where I explain
the iPod RF functioning modes.
