Just bought this case yesterday. I definitely wasn’t happy with how the transaction went though. In the apple store I go too ( Glasgow , Buchanan street) they don’t have the cases on display anymore. Almost certain it could be to do with thieves lol, but the woman got me a pink sand one from the back and asked if I’d like to see it. I said no as I like to open my own things that I buy, yet the woman proceeds to tear the seal off and open it. 🙈😑😑 but overall used it for a day and I love it.

It shouldn’t mess up your phone. The case should automatically turn on and off on its own. It is a smart charge case. It literally talks to your iPhone. So if you’re charging both (phone in case) it charges your iPhone first then the case. And when unplugged it reverses. Pulling power from the case, then once dead, uses the phones battery to eliminate battery degrading.

I want to punch Apple in the face for not making this color for the XR!!! I am SOOOOOOO MAAAD!!!!! The phone with all the colors doesn't get the third color? What kind of logic is that. I'm in such a dilemma. Because my white battery case for the XR has a blue spot after 5 days of use. I thought about switching to black but I don't like the white of my phone peaking through on black (contrast is to big, wouldn't be a problem on this one) and the black one shows greases more 😱 I AM PISSED! THIS COLOR WOULD BE PERFECT!

Clearly it wasn’t 10 at night but notice how they both look at their watches when they have their phones right in front of them and it’s clearly not even the time they have specified. EDIT!!!!! In any event the charging case is my daily driver I love it even though I have two cases on the way this week. FFS…… This obsession – I could buy so many luxury items if I sold them all.
